Return Policy
Which products are returnable?
You can return all the boxes. The only condition applied here is that the boxes should be unused and as perfect as new. Any of other products is not returnable even if they are in their original condition.
Who is eligible to return the products?
The clients can return the returnable products. They can return the products with a forthcoming packing and moving agenda with our company.
When and where can the boxes/returnable items be returned?
You can return the boxes on the same day of moving. Doing this enables you to get the credit back into your account. The process of returning includes submission of boxes to the foreman by you and getting the refund initiated. The money is credited into your account via the same transaction mode, by which you made the purchase.
Do the client needs to show any receipt or document at the time of returning
Yes, client needs to show original receipt of the purchase you made for boxes. Only this document will be enough as a proof.
When can I expect the credit of returns back in my bank account?
Our return policy includes returning money back for all boxes, which are returned in good and acceptable condition. The process of initiating refund is immediate but the money takes 14 days to reflect in client’s account. We use the same transaction mode for refund, which was used by client for making payment.
Do you charge any return fee for this entire process?
Yes, we charge a top up fee or $20 for this entire process.
